For our clients who desire the less expensive route of shop repair rather than the faster, but more expensive on-site repair, we offer shop service. Clients carry in, mail in, or have delivered the items that are in need of repair. Our technicians and engineers provide quality repair of most product lines, typically with a turn-around time of 3 to 5 days, although expedited service is available. We repair laser and dot matrix printers as well as laptop, desktop and server computers. TekSmith has the expertise, know-how and repair capabilities from manufacturers such as Apple, Compaq, Dell, IBM, Hewlett-Packard and many more. If devices are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, there is typically no cost to the client.
