Development of a standardized set of application and operating system configurations specifically designed for the hardware, operating system, and network environment, otherwise known as an "image" can dramatically reduce time and costs by simplifying the deployment, migration, and configuration of workstations. Development and deployment of a corporate level defined image also enhances the level of support provided to end-users during and after an installation/deployment project. A tested, documented and consistent platform enables IT support personnel to fully understand the environment and to identify, isolate and resolve issues quickly and proactively.

Our engineers work with our client's management and technical personnel to develop custom desktop and laptop images that can be replicated through their organization as part of a new system installation/deployment or as part of an organization's Standard Office Environment strategy.
